Cookie Policy

Last updated: 27 April 2026

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, which cookies NUAL uses, and how you can control them. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit it. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to the site owner.

"Similar technologies" include local storage and session storage, which work in a comparable way to cookies and are covered by this policy.

2. Cookies We Use

NUAL uses a minimal set of cookies, all strictly necessary to operate the Service. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the Service to function. They cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality. No consent is required for these under GDPR.

Local Storage

NUAL uses browser local storage for minor UI preferences (such as sidebar state and active filters). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

What We Do Not Use

  • No advertising or tracking cookies
  • No social media tracking pixels
  • No cross-site analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel)
  • No fingerprinting or device identification

3. Third-Party Cookies

When you use the Google sign-in feature, Google may set its own cookies as part of the OAuth authentication flow. These are governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We have no control over these cookies.

If you use the contract e-signature feature, DocuSeal may set cookies within the embedded signing flow. These are governed by DocuSeal's own privacy policy.

4. Your Choices

Browser Settings

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

  • View cookies stored on your device
  • Block all or specific cookies
  • Delete cookies when you close the browser

Please note: blocking the strictly necessary cookies listed above will prevent you from signing in to NUAL.
